Berry Sundaes with White Chocolate Sauce (Serves 6)

Ingredients

• Strawberries, raspberries
• Gatti Vanilla Ice Cream
• White chocolate + cream

Method
Blend some strawberries with sugar for sauce. Layer berries and ice cream in glasses, drizzle with strawberry sauce and white chocolate sauce.
